The revised design responds to Port Dickson’s coastal conditions by opening the north side toward the sea view and breeze, controlling west sun exposure with shading, and using an off-center courtyard as a ventilation core. These strategies improve environmental performance while supporting the concept of “Stillness in Motion.”
