Ingredients:
Butter pound cake - Sara Lee Frozen Pound Cake works great!
Fresh strawberries
Coconut balsamic vinegar ©
Pistachios, chopped
Core and slice strawberries, place in a bowl, and then drizzle with a
tablespoon or two of coconut balsamic vinegar. While the strawberries are
marinating, slice the pound cake, and chop the pistachios. To serve, place a few
spoonfuls of strawberries on each slice of pound cake, drizzle with more coconut
balsamic, and scatter with pistachios.
