Ingredients:
1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
2 garlic cloves - sliced
¼ cup feta cheese – crumbled (Mozzarella Company ©)
4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cobrancosa©)
Salt (Maldon Sea Salt©)
Pepper (Tellicherry Peppercorns©)
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the garlic until it just starts to brown. Toss in the tomatoes and cook until tender and they have released most of their moisture. Toss in a pinch of salt and a pinch or pepper, stir to incorporate. Just before serving, top with the feta cheese. Makes a great topping for meats, bread and pizza.
