Ingredients:
1 cup La Valle Orzo©
8 oz Fresh Green Beans – cut into 1 inch lengths
1 Lemon - zested
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Fresh Olive Oil©
Parmesan Cheese – shavings (Veldhuizen Cheese©)
Salt (Maldon Sea Salt©)
Pepper (Tellicherry Peppercorns©)
In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook the orzo for 4 minutes. Stir in the green beans and cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until the orzo is al dente. While the orzo and green beans are cooking; in a bowl large enough to hold everything, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, a pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper. Whisk to combine. Drain the pasta and add to the lemon juice mixture. Toss to coat the orzo and green beans. Serve.
