Fresh Fruit - Salt, Pepper & Balsamic

Ingredients:

1 cup Diced Cantaloupe

1 cup Cubed Watermelon

1 cup Sliced Strawberries

Traditional Balsamic©

Fleur de Sel & Lavender©

Smoked Pepper©

Fresh Mint – thinly sliced

In one bowl, toss the cantaloupe with fresh cracked smoked pepper. In another bowl, toss the watermelon with the Fleur de Sel & Lavender. In a third bowl, toss the strawberries with 2 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar and 1 Tbsp of thinly sliced mint. Serve.
