Lead Engineer, Ready-To-Drink Project (Cirkul Water) (2025-2026):
Developed Cirkul's RTD project from initial concept through production and launch in under a year.
Responsible for the design of a low-cost blow-molded bottle with breather valve to be sold prefilled with water in convenience stores and coolers for instant use (Currently sold as "Cirkul Water").
Produced all CAD models, engineering drawings, and design documentation to support a multi-disciplinary project team with stakeholders from all levels of the company.
Interfaced directly with supplier companies to ensure design intent and quality goals were met.
Performed R&D testing to determine optimal breather valve size, type, design, and material, including significant research into the use and function of adhesive semipermeable membranes for this purpose.
Mechanical Engineer, Product Engineering Team (June 2021-February 2026)
Designed a double-walled stainless steel bottle compatible with conventional countertop carbonation systems to be used with Cirkul Singles products
Proposed improvements to an internal component in the Sip products to reduce breakage during automated assembly, based on iterative testing with injection-molded parts
Created go-no-go gauges to evaluate misshapen parts during qualification and ramp-up of of new 64-part tools and their associated automated handling equipment

Lead Engineer, CirkulPlus Bubble Hub (April 2022-January 2025):
Responsible for the development and prototyping of the Bubble Hub, a countertop base station used to fill the CirkulPlus bottle with CO2 for on-the-go carbonated beverages.
Directly responsible for the creation of CAD models and drawings, DFMEAs and reviews, and the development and refinement of a suite of performance, cyclical use, and safety tests in collaboration with our Quality Engineers and Test Technicians.
Performed risk-assessment and risk-mitigation activities as needed to ensure a safe, high-quality product. Directly involved with hands-on prototyping, testing, and design iteration to improve user experience and product quality.
Lead Engineer, Cupholder Product (2022-2023):
Designed, prototyped, and tested a premium car cupholder product designed to accommodate multiple sizes of Cirkul products. Created CAD models and drawings and was directly responsible for prototyping and collaboration with overseas suppliers during sampling rounds.
Co-op Manager (June 2023-December 2024):
Responsible for managing sets of two engineering co-op students from Northeastern University who worked on the engineering team for 6 months at a time.
Performed onboarding activities for each new set of co-ops, distributed projects, and kept up with progress through weekly meetings. Mentored co-ops in lab safety, engineering practices, and career advancement principles, while fostering an encouraging and open environment for them to grow

Volunteer at HATCH Makerspace, a free community makerspace associated with the Watertown Free Public Library.
Available on-site to help visitors find and use materials at the Makerspace for their creative personal projects, as well as help give inspiration and recommendations based on my own extensive hands-on and crafting history, which includes a lifetime of artistic pursuits and 20+ years of sewing experience.
Through this, I have taught multiple community members of all ages and abilities to sew with a sewing machine, use powered hand tools safely, and use CAD modeling software like Onshape for basic 3D design.
