Golf Tee Puzzle

This project served as a basic introduction to CNC milling. Using a bandsaw, we cut triangles out of wood, then used software to convert a SolidWorks drawing of the hole pattern into G-code that the CNC mill could understand.

During milling, we clamped the wooden triangle into a specially-made jig that held it in position while the mill cut the holes.

The final product is a simple peg puzzle played with golf tees.
