During the implementation phase of our capstone design project, we were tasked with assembling a Critical Design Document (CDD) that would serve as a comprehensive overview of the entire project's design, with specific sections explaining the various subsystems, testing, design changes, etc. This large document required many photographs of the design in order to effectively relay information to the reader. These pictures, taken from the CDD, demonstrate my ability to create informative visuals. Although the base photograph in all three images is the same, varying use of colored callouts and arrows allows me to direct the viewer's attention to different parts of the picture. Furthermore, because all three of these images appeared within the same section of the CDD, they provided a consistency in perspective that assisted viewers in comprehending the information being relayed in the accompanying text. Being able to make informative visuals will assist me in my engineering career as I must create documents that are easily understood.
