Classes are held on both Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Tuesdays is 'The Regan Method', run by Julie Regan and Thursdays is 'PilatesWise', run by Katharine Briggs.

Julie has been teaching her Regan-Method-Pilates for 18 years.
The Regan Method is a mixture of the Pilates classic exercises fused with updated methods that have more in common with our modern lifestyle.
Held on Tuesdays between 11.00 and 12.00 in Bury Village Hall, this class will stretch out and strengthen achy muscles. It is challenging and with a strong focus on building your deep postural muscles that can be inclined to switch off over time, putting strain and stress on joints.
A fun class that allows for mixed abilities and fitness levels. Run in terms of 6-weeks you will need to pre-book before you come along as numbers are limited.

New Pilates Beginner course with Kat from PilatesWise at Bury Village Hall Thursdays at 10am - beginning 8th March.
This course will run for a four week block and is primarily for beginners but we will happily accommodate all ability. It will be limited in numbers to a maximum of 12 people ensure an intimate and effective class you gain the most out of.
