Welcome to the Bubb PTA Weekly Email! In response to your feedback, we are going to try a new outreach approach this year. We will deliver a weekly email update through Konstella every Tuesday so you know where to look for upcoming PTA sponsored events, volunteer opportunities, membership dues, and fundraisers. The PTA is a non-profit, volunteer led organization that supports our students and staff through donations and fundraising efforts. See the infographic at the bottom of this email to understand what we sponsored last year with your support, or view our website (BubbPTA.org)

 

At the end of last year, we worked with the students to select this year's theme: T.E.A.M. Together Everyone Achieves More. You will see this theme on the spirit wear shirts we provide to students and staff (and you will have the opportunity to purchase) and other PTA events throughout the year. Upcoming Events & Opportunities

 

Join the Bubb PTA! All our programs are supported by memberships, donations, and fundraising! Become a member today and you can have a vote and a voice on goals, programs and budget allocations to benefit your child at Bubb. Our goal is to have 200 members this year and we are already 41% of the way there! Together Everyone Achieves More, so join the TEAM!

 

AGAIN THIS YEAR: $10 annual membership fee for one adult, and discounted fee of $6 for a second adult in your household! Sign up here! 

 

Join Konstella: Konstella is our PTA tool to share information with our Bubb community, including upcoming social events, classroom updates (such as Project Cornerstone), event volunteering opportunities, and fundraising opportunities. It is free to join and provides access to classroom volunteer opportunities and other PTA events. Click here then click "Find Your School" at the top and enter "Bubb Elementary" to setup your account. 

 

Then Add Yourself to Your Child’s Classroom on Konstella: This is the best way to stay in the loop with all the families in your child’s class and the school.

 

Get Matched with a Bubb Buddy! New to Bubb and feeling overwhelmed with new information? Sign up to be matched with a Bubb Buddy: a veteran Bubb parent who can answer any questions you might have. You'll be assigned an email buddy...then ask away! Sign up here!

 

August 30 Fundraising with Books & Pizza: Enjoy a night out and raise money for Bubb! 

Plan to enjoy a dinner from State of Mind Public House & Pizzeria and shop at Linden Tree Books in downtown Los Altos and a percentage of your sales will go back to Bubb!

 

Walkathon Leads Needed!  

The Walkathon is our largest community event and biggest fundraiser! Lots more information to come, but we are looking for a few leads to work closely together on knocking out the logistics to support the Walkathon. You won't be starting from scratch and need no prior experience! Sign up now in Konstella - we are kicking things off next week and need YOU!!
