Presenting authors of scientific papers of the main program
Duration of talks
long paper: 15 min including discussion, (11 min talk + 4 min discussion)
short paper: 10 min including discussion (7 min talk + 3 min discussion)
All presenting authors in the main program are kindly asked to come to Schönfeld-Hörsaal for a technical check 15 minutes prior to the start of the respective session.
Please bring your own pointer should you plan to make use of one.
Each accepted paper of the main program is invited to present a poster during the poster & demo sessions in the coffee breaks on Wednesday and Thursday.
You will find a designated poster wall to fix your poster during the respective break. Please only use the poster strips to fix it. Poster strips will be handed over to you at Info Desk. Please don't forget to collect your poster after the respective poster & demo session.
Presenting authors of accepted workshop papers
The duration of respective talks is communicated to presenting authors by the workshop chairs or please see upcoming updates on this website (program workshops).
Workshop BigDS: 25 min for long papers (20 min presentation + 5 min questions); 20 min for short papers (15 min presentation + 5 min questions)
Workshop DE4DS: all talks should be up to 15 minutes long, with additional 5 minutes for discussion

You are kindly asked to present your demonstration during the poster and demo sessions in the coffee breaks on Wednesday morning and afternoon.
You will find a designated poster wall to fix your poster during the respective break. Please only use the poster strips to fix it. Poster strips will be handed over to you at Info Desk. Also a table and a socket is provided for each demo.
