Students seeking placement in PGCPS schools will not be able to select a specific school or pre-service teacher for their practicum.
Practicum students placed in a PGCPS school must present their PGCPS fingerprint receipt, stamped by CPS, along with a photo ID upon entering any school.
Please note that duplicate receipts are no longer available for PGCPS. You must complete the required information at this link and upload the approval.
Students Must:
Complete the PGCPS Student Onboarding Process.
Complete and notarize the BSU Criminal Disclosure History form.

Upon receipt of the required documents, you will receive a placement email. The email will include:

Pre-service mentor teacher
and other important information
Spring 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
JEP 238 (Praxis Lab)
PGCPS Security Team (the approved fingerprint vendor and CPS representative) will be on campus
