Students seeking placement in AACPS must:
Complete the AACPS Intern Registration Form (below) and email it to Professor Green immediately.
DOWNLOAD first. Complete and notarize the BSU Criminal Disclosure History form
AACPS background procedure:
Complete the AACPS Intern Registration Form. You must Download to a PDS fillable. You are considered a Field Experience/Jr. Intern
READ and follow the Background Check Process; complete the information on page 3 and page 4
Complete the AACPS SafeSchool online training videos (eight) and print the history report.

Proof of AACPS SafeSchool online training certificate
BSU Criminal History form - notarize
Upon receipt of the above documents, you will receive an email:
Approval to start your field experience from AACPS and Prof. Green
Information regarding your school placement, the school's contact person, and your pre-service teacher
Information regarding your first day
