Students seeking placement in Easter Seals must follow the following requirements:
Obtain PGCPS fingerprints by PGCPS
Complete the PGCPS Child Protective Services clearance process - the PGCPS fingerprint receipt will be stamped (do not notarize it)
DOWNLOAD first. Complete and notarize the BSU Criminal Disclosure History form
Complete the required online Safe Schools training; click on the Volunteer button. (Supported browsers include Google Chrome and Firefox.) Enter the necessary information. When asked "School Location" select any school within your major. Complete the training. Locate the History, submit the Training History to Prof. Green. Use this link to access to the Safe Schools platform https://pgcpsvolunteers-md.safeschools.com/login
To access the Training History :
Log into safe school, click for training courses, if you have taken all the training courses it will say so. On this page whether you have completed all or not, you will find an icon on the left hand side that looks like a circular arrow with the hands of a clock Hover over it and the label "Training History" will show. Click icon. Copy and paste.
After I pasted, I had to adjust the printing by moving the margins over in order to get all the information on the page going across from training to date completed.
