Web Clippings:

• 1. Monitor Google alerts for content

  2. Add and adjust headings in clippings index as appropriate (e.g. Blog Posts, University Documents, etc.)

  3. Add PDF documents to the Internet Archive and add links to the clippings index

Tweets:

1. Monitor TAGS spreadsheet

Videos:

• 1. Use Savefrom.net to capture videos

  2. Place video files in the Unprocessed directory on the storage server (in the appropriate record series folder)

Facebook:

• 1. Monitor group pages weekly to capture new content

Locally saved files should be placed in the appropriate record series folder on the storage server, following the convention for the Archival Information Package (AIP)
