Embedded Files
Log in to Medusa. To find a specific record series, you can browse to your Repository by clicking on Repositories at the top menu. Choose "University Archives".
Search the Record Series you need either by browsing in the results or by filtering results using the box to the right.
You can also navigate to the record series by selecting Collections and entering the Record Series title or the Electronic Record title in the Filter results box to the right.
Once you have navigated to the record series, click on "View Files", then click on the "access" folder and drill down to the folder or files that you want to download. To download an entire directory and all its associated files, click on the icon at the top right. Select either Download Files or Download Files and All Subdirectories.
A notice will appear to let you know that the directory has been scheduled for export. You will receive an email with the folder path for the temporary location of the materials:
