Tuition & Financial Aid Year End Information Top 10 List:
25-26 Tuition Bills -- will be emailed in mid-July once the State finalizes the EdChoice Scholarship amounts for next year.
Payment Plan Changes -- payment plan terms automatically roll over to the next school year. Current families who wish to change their payment plan need to notify us via email by Wednesday, June 18th. Payment plan options are: pay in full, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly. Monthly is subject to a 3% fee. New families will pick a payment plan when setting up their FACTS account.
Annual SBS Educational Services Fee: $335 per student in grades PK-8 will be charged to FACTS accounts with a due date of July 15th.
EdChoice -- if you have not yet completed your application, there's still time!! We encourage all families to apply!
Diocesan Tuition Assistance (DTA) -- families receiving aid will see the credit applied to their July tuition bill. The Diocese is no longer individually notifying parents of award amounts.
Angel Scholarship -- Our school raised over $300,000 and every family that applies receives funds. Haven't applied yet? Here's the link: Angel Scholarship Fund Application. Reminder: ASF is open to students in grades K-12. It is one application per child, and you will need your 2024 adjusted gross income (AGI) number from your federal income tax return.
PreK Tuition Parish Grant -- The Parish has a limited amount of funds set aside to assist PreK families with demonstrated financial need. If you have not yet reached out, please do so by Wednesday, June 4th.
Cafeteria Prepay Balances -- positive balances will automatically roll over to the next school year in late June. Note: 30% of our families have a negative balance, so please log into your FACTS parent portal and complete the payment today. Negative balances not reconciled by Wednesday, June 4th, will be converted to an incidental bill, and a late payment fee will be added.
FACTS Refunds -- if your family is leaving us and you have a credit currently sitting on your account, we will issue refunds in mid-June. If the balance owed to you is less than $10, the monies are donated to our Cafeteria Student Assistance Fund
