All items will be donated to Uniform Exchange or St. Vincent de Paul following conferences.
We are excited to celebrate Veterans Day with a special Mass on Friday, November 15 at 8:30, honoring all those who have bravely served our country. If your family has a veteran who will be attending the Mass, we would love to recognize them during the service. Please RSVP by November 11 with the name and branch of service of the veteran(s) attending and the name and grade of the student(s) they are connected to. This will allow us to include them in our special recognition.
If you have a family member who is a veteran, or currently serves in the armed forces, please send their picture to veteransday@barnabasohio.org.
If you have previously submitted a photo for the previous year's video, and would like to keep your Veteran, please email us to confirm with the Veteran's name and your student's name.
We still need a few adults (18 or older) who can help us sell 50/50 raffle tickets - this is a FUN fundraiser! Your cute kids dressed in sports or school uniforms are welcome and encouraged to come! JH students can earn volunteer hours (sign-up must include an adult responsible for them)
Arrival time: 5:15-5:30 (quick training on how to operate credit card machine)
Doors open @ 6p, game @7p
We sell raffle tickets through the 2nd intermission, after that you are welcome to enjoy the rest of the game or head home (though you will be able to catch the entire game as you walk around too!)

Please join our community here at Saint Barnabas in making donations to this cause that will run from November 1st to November 15th.
Flyers are posted with the requested food items for each grade; however, students are not limited to their grade level's recommended food item. Food items should be dropped off in the breezeway to be collected by our Student Council. Please check food items' expiration dates before donating.

All St. Barnabas grandparents are invited to our annual Grandparents' Day celebration! The event will take place Tuesday, November 26 in the church. Event highlights for grandparents:
Arrive at the Church 11:00 AM: Join us for a beautiful Mass with the school community.
Classroom Visits: Watch as your grandchild(ren) proudly share their classroom and the wonderful work they’ve been doing.
Photos: Capture this special day with a photo in the breezeway, a keepsake to cherish.
Refreshments: Enjoy some light refreshments and connect with other families in the cafeteria.
If you're child(ren)'s grandparents' email addresses are listed in FACTS, we have already invited them via email. For grandparents whose emails are not listed in FACTS, feel free to pass this Grandparents' Day information along to them and RSVP here.

Parent/Teacher Conference Sign Ups: We will be using FACTS this year to schedule for parent/teacher conferences. Conference sign ups are open now. Conferences will take place on Wednesday 11/6 after school and on Thursday 11/7 in the morning.
Message From Clinic: As cold and flu season approaches, this is a reminder to please keep your children home if they are not feeling well. This is important to stop the spread of illnesses. Students must be fever and symptom free for 24 hours before returning to school and after school activities. We will be starting our vision and hearing screening for required grades. Extended Day Registration - If your child(ren) plans to utilize our Extended Day or Little Blazer Care, please complete the Registration Form before the first day of school.
Extended Day for grades K-8 will open with regular hours of 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Little Blazer Extended Day will open with regular hours of 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Youth Choir Signup: The Barnabas Church Choir sings primarily at school Masses on Fridays at 8:30 am, but also for intermittent 10:30 am Masses. Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays after school in the church. To sign up for the St. Barnabas Children's Choir choir, please fill out the form.
