CHRISTMAS CONCERT

The Bilingual Programme in collaboration with the project Escuela Espacio de Paz and the Music department organized a Christmas Contest at I.E.S. El Tablero.

Our students of 1st E.S.O. prepared some Christmas Carols in English, such as Jingle Bells Rock by Bobby Helms or Happy Christmas by John Lennon. Students of 3rd and 4th E.S.O. also prepared a Christmas carol in French: 'Le petit renne au nez rouge'.With this activity, we wanted to highlight the importance of foreign languages at I.E.S. El Tablero and collaborative work through music. The concert was held in the multi-purpose room for the rest of the groups.

     El programa de Bilingüismo en colaboración con el proyecto Escuela Espacio de Paz y el departamento de Música organizó un concierto de navidad en el I.E.S. El Tablero.

Nuestro alumnado de 1º de E.S.O. preparó algunos villancicos en inglés, tales como Jingle Bell Rock de Bobby Helms o Happy Christmas de John Lennon. El alumnado de 3º y 4º de E.S.O. preparó también un villancico en francés: Le petit renne au nez rouge. Con esta actividad se pretendía poner de relieve el aprendizaje de las lenguas en el I.E.S. El Tablero y el trabajo colaborativo a través de la expresión musical. El concierto se llevó a cabo en la sala de usos múltiples para el resto del alumnado.
