Bowls
Bettws Cedewain has two thriving bowling clubs; Bettws Outdoor Bowls Club has its green alongside the Tregynon road out of the village, and Bettws Short Mat Bowls Club which uses the Community Centre (village hall) from late September until the end of March. Both clubs warmly welcome new members and visiting bowlers. The outdoor bowls season has just started with the green opened on 22nd April and will run until early September. With both clubs we play for the enjoyment of bowling well in good company – winning is good but very much a bonus.
