The city of Bargetown offers a wide variety of awards on all levels of accomplishment as a motivator for members and volunteers to offer their best to the organization. These medals were first conceived in the 2130s, when local commanders decided to create medals to serve as a significant award to personnel who have gone above and beyond in their respective branches. New medals are occasionally made as Bargetown’s history becomes ever longer.
Medals received by your character may be represented through putting the official Coalition asset on your uniform.
These medals are generally mass produced from impure mixtures of iron and plated with semi-precious metal.
In times of duress, medals are often painted instead to cut down on material costs.

The Exemplary Service Award is one of the most common medals seen amongst the Gold Leaf Army, and Registrars handing them out in exchange for favours is not unheard of. Most veterans of the Gold Leaf Army care very little for the award, discarding it in their footlockers or even pawning it off for some extra cash, while new recruits treasure it, hoping for more honours to be awarded to them.

The Conflict Service Medal is granted to Gold Leaf Army servicemen who were directly involved in a significant conflict fought between the Coalition and their enemy. Just like the Exemplary Service Award, it's not uncommon to see this medal be posted up in the Buy & Sell as many wounded or otherwise unfit-for-duty veterans pawn off whatever they can to keep themselves warm and fed.

The Battle Participation Medal is a general blanket term for multiple batches of cheaply produced medals made by Bargetown, usually following a major victory in war. All of these medals feature a grey field on their ribbon, accompanied by a gaudy title such as "For Victory in the Deadlands" alongside hastily designed artwork. Due to a vast array of different designs, some have taken to collecting and trading these.

The Settlement Defense Coin is yet another common honour issued by the Coalition. The coin is often stamped out in a coin shape from an oxidised piece of metal—a much cheaper method to get rid of unwanted materials for a mass produced award. This medal can be seen amongst both servicemen and agents alike who have helped to defend the Coalition's settlements from enemy attacks, be it human or mutant. Due to countless different cities and villages under the Coalition's banner, the Settlement Defense Coin is also widely traded and collected.

The Purple Cross is a medal awarded to those who have been wounded, maimed or captured in combat, and it's not uncommon to see soldiers who wear this particular award with scars or, less commonly, prosthetic limbs. The Purple Cross is heavily based on the pre-Flash medal known as the Purple Heart, but unlike its pre-Flash counterpart, this medal is mass produced with the colour and quality of the ribbon varying drastically among each batch as the purple dyes and materials used for production differ significantly.

The Savior Cross is granted to servicemen who have saved countless lives during their service, be it in or out of the field. This particular medal is mostly reserved for Field Medics but historically has been handed out to soldiers who rescue their injured comrades in the heat of battle. The Medallion of Merit is one of the few awards reserved only for those who work in Bargetown's Government. Despite its name, the award is a rather large medal, bigger than most of honours handed out in Bargetown. Due to its size and weight, many agents opt to display it without hanging it from their uniforms, ranging from framing the medallion on their wall to using it as a coaster.

The Medal of Bravery is an award granted to those who display self-sacrifice and courage on the battlefield. The recipients of this medal are known to be seasoned veterans of the Gold Leaf Army, but the award itself is heavily sought after by squad leaders and new recruits alike.

The Traitor's Token—or Mutant Service Medal—is a medal exclusively awarded to hood rats who have gone out of their way to betray their fellow rooks and their own kind for the Coalition, be it for a chance at earning freedom or by being threatened with death by an officer. The Governor's Commendation is awarded to individuals who are commended by the Governor for their actions during their service. The General's Star is awarded to those who have been recognised by a Brigadier of the Gold Leaf Army. The recipients of this award are described as upstanding soldiers, but most of these medals land in the hands of Sergeants or Registrars, with some exceptions seen in the lower ranks of the Gold Leaf Army. The requirements for this medal are intentionally unclear and lax which causes the award to be handed to undeserving soldiers who bribe their way into receiving one for their "unmatched efforts within the militia".

The Order of Sinclair is a medal named after an extraordinary serviceman from the early days of Bargetown. Seeing one awarded is an uncommon sight as the award is given out to the best that the Gold Leaf Army has to offer. Many inexperienced recruits dream about receiving the honour, with some being brave and stupid enough to lie about their deeds in the field to get their hands on the medal. Nearly all of these attempts are harshly punished, but those who earn the Order of Sinclair in a legitimate way are recognised as very dependable soldiers.

Soldiers who bear the star and known to be reliable soldiers, willing to risk their own safety to help their fellow comrades. The Black Star of the Last Man ranks high amongst the rarest medals to ever be seen in Bargetown. The medal is widely considered to be a bad omen among servicemen as the recipients are sole survivors of squads and platoons which have been completely wiped out, though it isn't an uncommon practice for the medal to be awarded to several soldiers if only three or four people survived in a platoon as well. The medal was introduced in the Coalition on an unknown date in the 2150s as the most brutal era of the Huron War kicked off, and today, it stands as a dark reminder of the atrocities that were committed by both sides of the conflict. Nowadays, ironically, it is seen in the hands of Registrars.
