INTRODUCTION

Their foothold on the Sunrise Isles has long been established by the arrival of Bargetown, a floating city undeniably rife with corruption and governed by a shadowy Council of Ministers. The Gold Leaf Army, the caretaking militia, aims to establish the banner of the hawk across the isles through conquest and spreading both political and financial influence. Stuck in deep water amidst the chaotic politics of the now divided Coalition and entrenched in an increasingly bitter civil war with the Midwest Union, one thing is clear: morals are a privilege that Bargetown must abandon by undertaking drastic measures to achieve its many aspirations.
