Bargetown, although quite well off in comparison to other places, possesses few advanced items in comparison to groups like the USRF and the Alumni. Years of conflict, economic peril, and aging have reduced the number of certain pieces of technology, weaponry, and other equipment. In order to better allocate these precious items to good hands, logisticians in the Gold Leaf Army have created a special registry of gear known as the Special Storage Catalogue. Due to the substantial rarity of these items, a set amount of special earned "stamp" or "grant" currency must be turned in to the Logistics Office as a trade for the item one wishes to buy.
Stamps are paper slips handed out by MR+ as rewards. They can be exchanged for items with stamp prices.
Grants are plastic-lined coupons handed out by HR+ as rewards. They can be exchanged for items with grant prices.
Grants can be used to purchase items that require stamps, but not the other way around. 1 grant equals 2 stamps.
Marked Men cannot earn stamps or grants. Items created for the Marked Men cannot be purchased and are instead rewarded directly.
Some items are restricted to one branch and cannot be purchased by a character from the other branch.
All items are preferred by one branch and can be purchased by a character from the other branch at a price increase of +2 stamps.
Stamps and grants are character-specific, not user-specific. If a character dies permanently, their stamps or grants are lost.
Any item can be handed out temporarily during slotted hosts. If an item is above the host's rank, they require approval to loan the item.
The maximum amount of items owned by one character is 5.
All items may be self-awarded to staff members. The restrictions of self-awarding are different for each OOC rank.
SR+ may self-award one "stamp" item to one character only.
MR+ may self-award two "stamp" items to one item per character.
HR+ may self-award three "stamp" items to one item per character and one "grant" item to one character only.
CR+ may self-award infinitely.
To self-award beyond the written restrictions, a Logistics Officer must approve the extra self-awards via IC meeting.
With the exception of Canaries only, items cannot be self-awarded to rook characters.
Certain items can be self-awarded by non-staff players, but this only ever applies to the LR+ rank system.
Non-staff self-awards must be approved by a Logistics Officer via excerpt or IC meeting.
LR3 may self-award one applicable item to one character only. The character must be LR3 to receive a self-awarded item.
LR-H may self-award one applicable item to one character only. The character must be LR-H to receive a self-awarded item.
Items that are available for non-staff self-awards are noted as such in their "Notes" sections.
Any item available to the Marked Men may be self-awarded to a Canary character.

The London Babelfish is a translator earpiece developed in the Coalition city of "London" and used primarily by Field Agents to automatically translate foreign languages into dialogue matching the user's chosen language. The earpiece can be programmed to listen for and translate up to three common selected languages (most commonly Huroni, French & its Québécois dialects, and the wearer's personal language). To use the earpiece, the wearer must press down a button on the side of the device and remain silent as the device listens for any of the selected languages. As the device processes the spoken dialogue, it will translate and then covertly repeat the translated sentence into the wearer's ear. The earpiece is extremely likely to mistranslate if the targeted speech is very fast, has a strong or uncommon accent or dialect, or is being spoken over by another person.

This item is restricted to the Government. Gold Leaf Army characters cannot own this.
This item has no official in-game or retexture representation. Any basic earpiece accessory will suffice.
The QS Device—otherwise known as the QuikScanner—is a recent invention borrowing designs from pre-Flash medical tools. Its construction resembles a barcode scanner, however it has a large computer screen embedded into the back. When activated, the tool is able to pick up various vital signs from a short range as well as help highlight wounds to the user. These devices are very expensive and are often held in reserve and only handed out before major confrontations. Few esteemed Corpsmen manage to get their hands on one of these devices.

The QuikFoam® Coagulant Injector is an emergency medical device used to quickly and easily stabilise a basic gunshot wound. Used primarily by Corpsmen, the injector needle is inserted into the deepest point of a gunshot wound located on an extremity. The trigger is held for 2-3 seconds whilst the Corpsman brings the needle upwards and out of the wound in circular motions, filling the entire wound with coagulant foam. The foam compound will react when exposed to the casualty’s blood and will stop the bleeding within 20-30 seconds, dissolving after 60 minutes. The foam is very painful and uncomfortable for the patient in most cases, though a mild local anesthetic is included in the compound to dull the pain. This device should not be used on chest wounds, neck wounds, abdominal wounds, or head trauma.

The Smartview® Spectacles are a newly rediscovered piece of technology. Their development peaked in 2030s with all kinds of quite useless features such as dimming the lenses depending on the sun exposure, or being able to access your phone's application without having it in hand—but their popularity decreased immensely going past 2050s, where their much more advanced and useful younger brother, the Augmented Reality Displays (ARDs) allowed for things like tapping directly into security feed, highlight objects or analyze crime scenes, which culminated in entrance into the military market in the form of Heads-Up Displays (HUDs). Nevertheless, Smartview® glasses aided the likes of the disabled, especially the deaf, before genetic/prosthesis treatment became common, by recording the nearby audio and displaying conversations on the lenses, to help with communication. As such, some models were placed in the US. "HALO" bunkers and troves—which opened without warning all across the Great Lakes region—resulted in the Coalition attaining these along with their blueprints. The Smartview® glasses are a slightly modified copy of the pre-Flash design, keeping the function of displaying nearby conversations on the lenses. What's new are the added cameras and microphones, allowing the user to record what they see and hear, at least up to four hours of footage. A recent update has also allowed the London Babelfish earpiece to be connected to the glasses, allowing them to translate any language the user has selected.

A hefty, cobbled-together sniper scope that boasts an adjustable zoom and unique thermal imaging technique that creates a rough outline of targets rather than highlighting them completely, allowing for servicemen to more easily identify targets and their surroundings. The Seer-Scope is one of the few genuine technological "innovations" of the Coalition, reflected in its large, messy appearance, which is not standardised between models. The scope must be refocused before, during and after every battle through the use of a large hand crank that is provided alongside it or the outline will become almost indecipherable, interfering with a serviceman's aim.

A night-vision device exported from the Slagport Minewatch, the homeguard of the most damnable mining town in the Coalition. Crank powered to charge the one-hour long battery and prone to overheating if used too long, the Slagport Monocular has a white phosphorus tube that allows for basic—albeit fuzzy and near blinding if sprinting—night vision, best used while stationary. Those issued the device complain of its flimsy construction and liability to outright break if hit by shrapnel when affixed to any helmet. The eyepiece is too bulky to let users aim down scopes properly, forcing most to rely on iron sights on their weapons or even forgo them entirely and use sidearms instead. In recent times, a handful of Field Agents have been allowed to utilise this device.

The RokoVision+™ goggles, or Roko Advanced Rangefinder Systems (shortened to RARS) as it is officially named in most official documentation, is an augmented reality device product manufactured in the automatocratic city of Roko. As part of a hidden agreement between Bargetown and Roko's leader, the General Artificial Intelligence Automaton, a batch of RARS goggles were sent to Bargetown for serviceman usage. The goggles, when worn, offer the basic capabilities of zooming in, an integrated rangefinder, and an anemometer. Many complain about the weight and bulkiness of the device, with the worst of the complaints surrounding the nausea and motion sickness that most wearers experience after prolonged usage. As the goggles display the wearer's surroundings through several cameras, most find it impossible to aim the cameras down a scope as the process is completely unlike looking down a scope with a human eye. While not the most fragile piece of technology, reports show servicemen experiencing ocular damage if the device is severely damaged while worn.

The W/ECM-D80 Signal Disruptor, affectionately named the Radiator for its appearance and the heat it produces, is a large 18 kilogram mounted backpack and one of the Coalition’s premier examples of technological development. Designed by engineers hailing from New Kitchener, the Radiator is functionally an indiscriminate short-range wireless system disabler, capable of scrambling radio signals, rendering the sensory components of droids virtually useless, crashing PDA, ARD, HUD, inter-link, and other similar wireless communications, and also rendering drones entirely inoperable. While a very powerful tool on the technology-reliant Sunrise Isles, the machine is significantly drawn back by a short range of influence and debilitating weight. The first prototypes for the Radiator were designed during the Huron Wars, then abandoned, before the project was revived following a violent diplomatic incident with the Northeast Union on the Sunrise Isles in 2161, then abandoned once more, before the final revival and long overdue production in response to the Midwestern Union’s widespread adoption of radios.

Created in light of the weight issues surrounding machine guns in the Huron War, the Stockwork Reduction Kit was seen as a hopefully cheaper alternative to creating a new weapon. The Weaver "Drummer" was used as a base with the heavy steel barrel replaced with a lighter carbon fibre-steel hybrid. The wooden furniture would also be exchanged with a lighter material along with a majority of the steel parts from the receiver being refitted with aluminum, reducing the overall weight to just over that of a standard Weaver. The design was often praised for both its lighter weight which furthered a machine gunner's mobility and allowed them to carry a carbine or submachine gun, however, the Stockwork was also plagued with reliability issues, often jamming on elongated bursts or overheating quicker.

The Advanced Lightgun Permit is a weapon permit granted to the most reliable and intellectual servicemen in the Gold Leaf Army—an uncommon sight, as very few wish to relinquish their ballistic capabilities for weapons that cost so much to maintain. Nevertheless, the permit grants a serviceman access to more powerful laser weaponry which would normally be stored away in the quartermaster for emergencies. Servicemen are expected to maintain the weapon out of their own pocket as the Logistics Office will not provide them spare parts.
NOTES:
Equipment that falls under the category of this permit (rare laser guns & rare plasma guns) can be found in the Tool Table.
Owners of this permit may choose one permit item to bring with them outside of Bargetown (e.g. one advanced laser rifle).
This item is preferred by the Gold Leaf Army, but is available to the Government at a +2 price increase (5 stamps).
This item does not encompass all laser weapons, only those that are considered advanced or rare.
A permit found in the hands of few—the Ordnance Permit allows the recipient to be issued a wide array of ordnance equipment and the relevant training to use them effectively. It is mostly given to servicemen with a light pack to carry and awarded to only the most trusted of servicemen, however, it also allows—on special occasions—those with the permit to operate heavy ordnance such as the Coalition's vast collection of mortars.
NOTES:
Equipment that falls under the category of this permit (grenades & grenade launchers) can be found in the Tool Table.
Owners of this permit may not carry more than two total grenades or Cloudburster canisters with them at a time.
Owners of this permit may choose up to two permit items to bring with them outside of Bargetown (e.g. Cloudburster, 2 frags).
Owners of this permit permanently unlock access to the Ordnancier role, but may not use destructive items in Bargetown.

A ceremonial tunic derived from the earlier Drummerboy, the Harris Officer Tunic was created in the mid 2130s as a way to differentiate senior soldiers in Coalition militias before the development of the M.39 and subsequent improvements in uniform. Regarded as generally uncomfortable, sacrificing warmth and ergonomics for a highly formal put-together appearance, the tunic had become widely used to mark officers by the onset of the Huron War. By the formation of the United Expeditionary Force, nearly every Coalition militia used the tunic to some degree. The tunic was phased out across most of the Coalition in the years following the war with officers tending to prefer wearing modifications of the uniforms worn by lower ranks, a practice started by particularly practical Sergeants-at-Arms in the trenches. Nonetheless, the uniform has seen a resurgence—the old officer tunics were the first uniforms issued to the Registrar Corps upon its formation.

The Surplus Permit is functionally simplistic yet goes a long way for servicemen. For servicemen with an armament of T2 OR LOWER, the permit enables the serviceman to increase their armament tier, allowing them to use heavier and better equipment. For servicemen with an armament of T3, the permit enables the serviceman to carry one extra magazine or eight more loose rounds or shells regardless of attrition. For all servicemen, regardless of armament, this permit enables the serviceman to carry any extended magazine. Those who purchase the permit are given a single dog tag with a coloured drawing of a bullet stamped on.
NOTES:
For non-Machine Gunners, this item allows for the unrestricted usage of extended magazines (over 30 rounds).
This item is preferred by the Gold Leaf Army, but is available to the Government at a +2 price increase (5 stamps).

The M65 N.B.C. and M32 'Daisy' N.B.C.—known colloquially as the 'Greenie suit' and 'Daisy suit'—are a pair of N.B.C. (Nuclear, Biological & Chemical) protection oversuits remade and popularised by water depot Point Alamo. The suit was created as protection from the hazardous elements of the post-Flash world like radiation storms, eldritch acid, biomass spores, smoke, and gas. While unintended by designers, the thick, non-permeable materials of the suit are notably scratch and fire-resistant, protecting the wearer from not only liquids and gasses, but also flames, claws and blades to an extent. Two variations of the suit exist, though the differences are merely visual.
The M32 'Daisy' N.B.C. suit is a pattern of the Coalition's N.B.C. model painted in bright yellows, golds and dull browns. The pattern was created to camouflage the wearer against clouds of Daisy Gas, taking advantage of the thick gas and its low visibility to gain a further strategic edge in chemical warfare. As such, it is commonly seen with Ordnanciers, Disruptors, Cavalrymen and other shocktrooper roles, though a full squad might be loaned one.
The M65 N.B.C. suit, granted no official nickname unlike the Daisy, is a pattern of the Coalition's N.B.C. model painted in dark greens and browns. The pattern was intended to camouflage the wearer against radiation storms, but given the colours, often makes appearances outside of these conditions as simple woodland camouflage. While lacking a documented nickname, the pattern is dubbed the 'Greenie suit' by an overwhelming majority of servicemen, and while the Coalition's upper echelons currently refuse to officially acknowledge such an offensive name, they don't discourage or reprimand its usage either. As such, the name is essentially official, crude or not.

Dawson Patterning finds its origins in the North as a makeshift camo likely concocted during the Huron War, though nobody is quite certain. It finds its namesake through its inventor, a serviceman known as "Dawson" who started the pattern as a field modification to his own uniform. The modification quickly gained popularity amongst soldiers assigned to the muddy environment and became a traditional pattern as a result. While coloration tends to vary due to its homebrew nature, the shaping of the pattern makes for a standout feature. Nowadays, you can find it on the odd serviceman and is an often made commodity done by the local tailors of Bargetown. The upper echelons of the Gold Leaf Army have allowed for the tradition to continue on for the sake of morale and to save a pretty penny on producing their own textile. Overall, the Dawson Patterning finds its home in the Gold Leaf Army amongst more experienced servicemen.

Commonly used at violent riots by corporate strikebreakers in industrialised areas, the Stetson Jawbreaker is a medium-sized rectangular riot shield. With a window made of reinforced glass and the body reinforced with fine metal, it is considered by many to be a militiaman’s best friend during a scuffle. Due to modifications, it is capable of resisting large rounds and any blunt or sharp strike against it, but the added weight usually slows the user down to a slow walk (especially if they are wearing other armour). With a rising amount of crime, an increased number of Constables have been seen utilising these shields for home raids or while quelling riots.

The Seasonal Camouflage Pass is a paper permit which allows the recipient to access the two seasonal camouflage uniforms in Bargetown's arsenal—the Whiteout Parka and the Gold Leaf Patterning tunic. This access rotates automatically between the two as the seasons change, revoking access to the Whiteout Parka at the beginning of spring and vice versa. As long as they have the paper permit to prove the validity of the transfer, the recipient may transfer these back and forth at the logistics office without a scheduled appointment.
The Whiteout Parka is the simple solution to a prevalent issue of concealment within the Gold Leaf Army, making use of unsullied white fabrics—tablecloths, bedsheets, quilts—to stitch together an improvised camouflage uniform for the snowy months. The parka's design is pragmatic with only two pockets on the hips, intended to be worn over one's existing uniform with webbing overtop.
Gold Leaf Patterning is Bargetown's own camouflage pattern, incorporating leaf and foliage-shaped brushstrokes to blend the serviceman's figure into the greenery of spring and summertime better than any other camouflage used by the Coalition. The golden angled leaf shapes present throughout the pattern give it its name.

Marshstomper Patterning was first conceptualised following the first major conflict with the New Model Army in the Mudlands firebase of Point Alamo. Originally intended to help disguise troopers in the muddy, dark environs of the Mudlands, this purpose was led astray due to a lack of properly pigmented cloth, leading to the recogisable yellow tones today's Marshstomper pattern takes on. This warped the camouflage pattern into being primarily cosmetic, serving as recognition for the seasoned soldiers of the Alamo who served under the Coalition's banner in battles in the Mudlands. Uniquely, Marshstomper is only awarded by the advisory board of Point Alamo, and production of the pattern is primarily done within the outpost itself.

Mudcloth uniforms began their lives as Gold Leaf Army uniforms modified to bear the Dawson Patterning seen on more experienced soldiers. These modifications were shoddy and rarely looked like anything more than splotches of brownish green in varying shades. Although some of these Mudcloth uniforms are leftovers from a simpler time when the Dawson Pattern was relatively new to Bargetown, most are surplus uniforms which are haphazardly painted and given to "model" Marked Men as a reward for their willingness to serve the Coalition. A handful of Marked Men have taken it upon themselves to modify their own uniforms to resemble Mudcloth, but all face severe punishment for defacing their uniforms without permission. A unique trait of Mudcloth is that the different items can vary in the pattern of camo, some are more green or brown than the others. Interestingly, a sizeable majority of Mudcloth items tend to come from the old supply of Henry & Jameson uniforms initially modified during the Huron & Darkport Wars.

The rooks who own this permit are enabled by the Registrar Corps to make some money on the side, working with excess fabrics, discarded uniform pieces, paints, and sewing equipment to produce low budget catalogue items like basic camouflaged ponchos and tunics. These products are then hoarded in piles within the Registrar Corps' tower in Hoodville to be haphazardly awarded to distinguished rooks. As a reward for their work, these marked tailors are also permitted to own two of their own products for camouflage in the battlefield—the Whiteout Cloak and the Bush Warrior Poncho.
The Whiteout Cloak is a somewhat crude emulation of the Whiteout Parka made out of white tarps, boat sails, or any other light fabric painted white, making it somewhat fragile and easy to tear. This item is coveted by rooks during snowy months as it allows them to hide against or beneath the snow during their suicidal charges.
The Bush Warrior Poncho is a piece of green fabric with a basic reinforced hood stitched on. This poncho is made out of thick fabrics and thus, when it gets wet, becomes very unwieldy. It is notoriously difficult to clean mud out of the poncho, though many rooks deem this to be a benefit as the brown can help with camouflage.

The Whitneyville Deflector is a set of compact armour inspired by pieces captured in Huron and later purchased in incredibly small amounts by Bargetown. Its construction—quite similar to medieval lamellar—covers the torso and upper arms and is built specifically so that it can be worn comfortably beneath an overcoat, though wearers find that the armour is much too bulky to wear under anything thinner. Legends say that these suits are capable of deflecting bullets right back at enemies, but in reality, a lack of decent shock absorption ensures that the wearer will feel each bullet their vest catches. Capable of stopping multiple sniper rifle rounds, the Whitneyville Deflector is a great asset for front-and-centre politicians and paranoid agents alike, though the stiffness prevents the wearer from properly wielding any weapons.

The Stagplate is a heavy set of metal armour made by local blacksmiths which includes a face shield that can clip on to most helmets used by the Coalition, special reinforced plating to be attached to the inside of helmets and two bulky metal plates worn around the torso with leather straps. While the chestplate itself is capable of blocking most rifle calibres before failing, the faceplate and helmet reinforcements are only capable of blocking smaller calibres. Being shot anywhere, even if the armour prevents the round from striking the user, will still cause significant bruising and even broken bones or concussions. A lightweight version of the torso armour exists for lighter roles like Corpsmen or Couriers who, while still in need of protective gear, need to keep quick on their feet without being weighed down.
