7. Knee pain

Knees take a beating. They are stable joints (therefore limited to flexion and extension), but mostly because they are held together with thick ligaments, cartilage and tendons from strong and fibrous muscles. They can be easily injured with one bad step (I know this all too well). Below are some helpful hints for general knee strengthening and rehabilitation.
