Verbal penalties are administered primarily by Management & Law.
Verbal penalties are not logged into our database. They are used to remind violators that their behavior is unacceptable and must cease.
This penalty is the first level in ASYNC's penalty system.
Logged penalties are administered primarily by Management & Law for multiple violations of a Minor regulation or a violation of a Medium regulation.
Conventional penalties are logged into our database, creating a future record for the violator.
Conventional penalties can be appealed to Management & Law.
This penalty is the second level in ASYNC's penalty system.
Progression penalties are administered primarily by Management & Law that "rank locks" the violator. Violators who incur this penalty will be unable to receive higher ranks.
Progression penalties are logged into our database, allowing rank-altering employees to view those with this penalty.
Progression penalties can be appealed to Management & Law.
Progression penalties can be permanent or temporary.
This penalty is the third level in ASYNC's penalty system.
LIA "Lose-It-All" penalties are administered primarily by Management & Law for multiple violations of a Medium regulation or violation of a Severe regulation.
Violators who incur this penalty will be demoted to Intern.
LIA penalties are logged into our database.
LIA penalties can be appealed to Management & Law.
LIA penalties can be permanent of temporary.
This penalty is the fourth and final level in ASYNC's penalty system.
A Supervisory blacklist is a record that contains usernames of violators who are unable to hold a position of leadership.
Additions to this blacklist are after violations of specific regulations, namely:
§1-6 "Leadership Incapability", §1-7 "Nepotism", §1-12 "Free Ranking"
An Institute blacklist is a record that contains usernames of violators who are unable to progress any further than Intern.
This blacklist can be appealed to Management & Law.
This blacklist can be permanent of temporary.
All records and references of the violator will be erased including progression, internal cases, statements, and any messages sent.
No appeals.
