[3.61]
Prisoners can only be taken when:
They surrender.
They have previously posed a threat to ASYNC employees but you want an alternative to terminating them.
They are part of a group (e.g. MEG) and not just a regular survivor.
[3.62]
If a possible prisoner is actively firing upon ASYNC personnel, they are to be terminated immediately instead of being taken prisoner.
[3.63]
Upon arresting a prisoner, they are to be immediately brought to interrogation.
Management & Law employees have authority over all interrogations.
If no Management & Law employees are available, Security may take over that authority until either the interrogation is over or a Management & Law employee becomes available.
If non of the above are viable options, the prisoner is to be held for 2 minutes. Once the 2 minutes are up and the above options are still not viable, the prisoner is to be terminated.
All interrogations must have at least one Security employee present (the one cuffing the prisoner does not count).
The number one priority in interrogations is to get valuable information.
[3.64]
Prisoners still have some rights.
You may only harm them when they do not comply during the process of arresting them and/or interrogation.
It is up to the discretion of the host of the interrogation whether to terminate the prisoner before the interrogation is officially over, due to them being unable or unwilling to answer questions, etc.
At the end of the interrogation, it is up to the Management & Law employee conducting it (or the Security employee if they are conducting it) whether to terminate the prisoner or not.
