Leadership who refuse, prevent, or limit department prosperity can be labeled as incompetent and to be set for removal. Department prosperity is measured by activity, employee climate, population, contributions, and testimony.

Leadership who engage in nepotism can be labeled as incompetent and to be set for removal. Nepotism is defined as prioritizing favorites/friends over other employees in regards to benefits granted only by leadership.

Leadership who engage in free ranking can be labeled as incompetent and to be set for removal. Free ranking is defined as promoting employees to ranks or positions that they have not applied for/earned.

Leadership are not exempt from the Codes of Conduct and, in most cases, will suffer more consequences than regular employees due to their role-model esque positions.

Leadership cannot intimidate, oppress, or abuse employees within their department.
[3.16]
Leadership cannot impose unrealistic quotas or required work unless they provide alternative work for those with busy schedules.
