Every employee of ASYNC is duty-bound to comply with orders issued by any Executive+ employee or any authoritative entity within the organization.
If the order does not comply with the Code of Conduct, employees may ignore and/or report the order.

Executive+ employees are duty-bound to comply with orders issued by Department Heads, Advisors, and the Executive Level.
If the order does not comply with the Code of Conduct, employees may ignore and/or report the order.

Employees must not flee, evade, or elude enforcers or authorities after witnessing or committing a violation.
Evasion is defined as any attempt or successful act of escaping from authority after committing a violation or avoiding contact with an individual despite reasonable efforts to reach them.
