The Chain of Command, while static, does not represent how subjects should be communicated between levels.
- Communication should remain open and fluid between all levels, with the Executive Level communicating via tickets/large-scale announcements, the Management Level communicating within their own departments and via tickets, and the Employee Level communicating to their higherups.

Executive Level

Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) holds the highest-ranking position within a chain of command. As the ultimate decision-maker and leader of an organization, the CEO is responsible for setting strategic goals, guiding the overall direction of the company, and ensuring its long-term success. Appointed by group ownership.

Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key executive in the chain of command, responsible for the day-to-day operations of an organization. They ensure efficient and effective execution of strategies, oversee various departments, and work closely with the CEO to align operational activities with the company's goals, ultimately driving growth and maximizing performance. Appointed by the Chief Executive Officer.

Executive Director

The Executive Director holds a crucial role in the chain of command, serving as the bridge between the board of directors and the organization's staff. They are responsible for implementing the strategic vision set forth by his/her superiors, managing operations, and ensuring the organization's mission is fulfilled while fostering a unique work culture and overseeing day-to-day activities. Appointed by a joint decision between the Chief Operating Officer(s) and Chief Executive Officer.
