The Stonehenge Tribunal to the east of Man is the dominant political force in the British Isles. It is a participant in the Partitio Monaviae. Most of the covenant's information on Stonehenge comes from Conrad the Redcap, who grew up there.
The tribunal has long been dominated by Blackthorn covenant, where tribunal meetings are held. Recently, a concerted push by magi young and old has broken Blackthorn's strangehold, but they remain the single most powerful force in Stonehenge politics, opposed by a coalition of other covenants.
Stonehenge is the most traditional of all the tribunals in the British Isles, and has considerable influence over the Order as a whole.

- Blackthorn: Home to Praeco Talion, Iudicum the Presiding Quaesitor, and a trio of Tremere magi, Blackthorn is where tribunal meetings are held.
- Burnham: A reclusive covenant on the Scottish border.
- Cad Gadu: Domus Magna of House Ex Miscellanea and home to Ebroin, the young Primus. Cad Gadu was isolated from tribunal politics for a century but is now re-engaging with the Order at large. Their representative at Tribunal is Gwrhyr Ex Miscellanea.
- Libellus: A young covenant of newly-Gauntleted magi led by the seasoned Stephen Eruditus of Jerbiton. Part of the anti-Blackthorn coalition.
- Nigrasaxa: Another new covenant of young magi led by a senior magus, in this case Maximianus of Bonisagus. Part of the anti-Blackthorn coalition.
- Schola Pythagoranis: A Jerbiton covenant of scholars and teachers based in the university town of Cambridge. Fredegisa of Guernicus and Lumen of Jerbiton are two of the younger magi there.
- Semitae: A famous covenant of wandering Criamon based out of a train of magical wagons. Gerfallon, their leader, is a living legend in the Tribunal.
- Ungulus: An old covenant of reclusive magi that haven't recovered from a dragon attack several decades ago. Their Praeco is Flavius Ex Miscellanea, and his apprentice is Sabine.
- Voluntas: Leader of the anti-Blackthorn coalition, Voluntas is a vigorous covenant led by Julia of Jerbiton. Famous for its library.
There is a single Mercer House in Stonehenge, near Coventry. There are five Redcaps there who deliver mail to the various covenants; the eldest is Perceval. His wife Lucy maintains the house with the help of several elderly and retired Redcaps.
