I am the head of the Social Media Team controlling and creating the schedule for any event that we are creating designs for. These are all the designs that everyone in the class has created. I am in charge of the schedule that controls when things are due as well as who is doing it and what the sport and any information (times, locations...) about that event are included, created by me.

I create and update and the schedule every quarter. As shown below.
