Describe your strengths in your pathway

1. 1. 1. • • My strengths are my leadership in running all of the students and running the rolling agenda/calendar. It has helped me extend my learning and get out of my comfort zone. I have grown a lot and am now able to run social media; Twitter and Instagram. I am excited to get the opportunity to be able to run and lead the team in the way I am doing. 

Provide a few skills you think you could develop or grow for next semester

1. 1. 1. • • Including everybody and trying to get them out of their comfort zone to learn like me. I have developed my skills in photoshop and have furthered my skills very far in comparison to the beginning of the year. I was introduced to graphics and how they make me think different with the shapes and the different ways you can format the graphic.

In the future, what will you make, what do you want to learn?

1. 1. 1. • • I have learned lots about leadership and how to work with teachers/clients/students. The leadership skill has really helped me connect to my future and open my mind to decide what I could do in the future. Leading the group has made me get out of my comfort zone and experience new opportunities.
