What you learned

• I learned that a team is not effective if people do not pull their weight

• Working together as a group makes the work feel less (so one person is not doing all of the work)

• Split up the work evenly to work as an efficient team

• Everybody needs to work together to get the work done. It gets tiring for one person who is doing all of the work

Reflection

• Overall, this project was ok. It was not the best but we did it. I completed all of the pre-planning documents. Then I did the filming parts (behind the camera) and Jasyn did the baking (in front of the camera). There was little/no contribution from Amelia. It took us a while to come up with our project subject and I was the one to come up with it because no one was contributing ideas. Our subject was how to make snickerdoodle cookies. The video was fine in the end but the preparation up to it was not. I scheduled days the Friday before we were going to start filming. We were planning to film Monday and Tuesday the week after I had scheduled the camera equipment. It kept getting pushed off and messed up because of ACP and people not wanting to film the day we scheduled. We ended up filming the intro one day and then we made the dough the next day and baked the cookies the next day and then we got to eat them the day after.
