One of the biggest projects I completed this semester for DMM II is the Supporting your Superstars for Mr. McMillen (linked below). Supporting your Superstars is for the parents of sports kids. It focuses on parent performance training and parents supporting their athletes. He had meetings scheduled to give parents information on this topic so he asked if I could create a promotional website for him to push out to send to parents who would like to attend. 

A few skills I could develop or grow for next semester is my timeliness with graphics, communicating with the team, and communicating with the coaches before the season to check in with any content they would like. We have up and coming content for Lacrosse such as moving graphics with their names behind their headshots. We will have to work with the video team to get that content finalized. But for any other sports, we should ask for content requests for their socials, if any.

For the future, I want to learn everything that is needed to go into this career. I will be going into this career in the future and going to college to learn about it but my dad always says that I should shadow someone with this job currently. That way, I can see exactly what they do in a day so I can prepare for what I will be doing.
