Package offers
2 Sessions: one to get the pertinent information, and a second to practice moving your body in ways that feel safe, secure, and help to stabilize instability using isometric exercises. These are best done within a week or two of each other
3 Sessions: everything above, plus a third session to really tweak the stretches to ensure that everything you're doing is helping in the most optimal manner possible. These are best to complete within 2 months
4-Sessions: this package adds on periodic check-ins where, things might be added, removed, changed, or reordered to suit your body best. This can be planned out for up to 6 months
