What is Quizlet all about?

Quizlet is a digital flash card site for learning vocabulary and other ideas. It has several sophisticated learning tools including gameified learning.

Quizlet Live

Our favourite learning game is "Quizlet Live" which is a collaborative learning game where teams of students race to answer all the questions. To play you need your student to have access to the internet and a didigtal device that can access a website i.e. a laptop, smart phone or tablet. The students need to move around so desktop computers aren't the best option for this game.

This is how you play quizlet live. We have found playing the game to be very effective for learning vocabulary - which has been a big part of our course because we have been learning a lot of technical linguistics terms and concepts and we have been learning them in English and Māori.
