A lesson from John the Baptist’s diet

Mark 1:6 “And John was clothed with camel's hair….and he did eat locusts and wild honey.

CH 72 “John separated himself from friends, and from the luxuries of life. The simplicity of his dress, a garment woven of camel’s hair, was a standing rebuke to the extravagance and display of the Jewish priests, and of the people generally. His diet, purely vegetable, of locusts and wild honey, was a rebuke to the indulgence of appetite, and the gluttony that everywhere prevailed.”

Since his diet was purely vegetarian, the locust he ate could only have been the locust tree - Carob, which was commonly found in the arid areas of the Middle East. Both it and the honey are super Foods, full of nutritional values.

The most valuable ingredient in Barley green grass is chlorophyll which is at 0% of the solid content of the green grass juice. Chlorophyll is the plasma of green leaves, similar to the human blood hemoglobin. Hemoglobin and Chlorophyll are very similar, only differ in the bonding atoms.

The bonding atom in Chlorophyll is magnesium, whereas in human Hemoglobin is Iron.

When a human being drinks the chlorophyll, the body changes it into human blood in a matter of few hours, by just replacing the Magnesium with Iron!

Chlorophyll is also rich in oxygen ions (ozone), making it an excellent deodorant, also kills the anaerobic odor-producing bacteria, reducing bad breath and bad body odors. Chlorophyll also protects from radiation from X-rays, television, computer and phone screens, transmitters, microwave ovens, etc.

The nutritional value of Barley green juice is very abnormal: Protein at 45g (more than twice meat), Potassium at 8880mg (skim milk powder at 1335mg/ peanut - 680mg / Spinach at 490). Calcium at 1108mg (skim milk powder is at 1200mg, milk at 100mg, fish at 170mg).

The best time to harvest the young Barley grass is at 10 days after germination when the shoot is making the first stem joint of the first additional leaves. But according to Dr. Yoshihide Hagiwara of Japan, the highest nutritional value peak is reached at the time the seed or embryo

joint occurs at about 21 days after germination. Therefore, this is the best time to harvest the young Barley grass.

Conclusion

This study has enlightened us to make excellent food formulas to combat malnutrition and thus a good number of resultant health problems. For example: If you combine the juices of Barley green grass + Alfalfa + Moringa, you are on your way to a better destination. You may continue to improve on it by trying to add Sunflower seeds, peanuts, and perhaps some skim milk powder.

That would be an extra-large superfood! In the past, a brother had a sick child, and there was no further help from the hospital. The child had a serious nerve problem where his name was loose and was becoming disabled. I didn’t have a better remedy. I just advised the use of plenty of Sunflower seed power in porridge. The child was restored.

We can also notice that becoming a well-informed vegetarian is not the beginning of a rough road trip. Check the high nutritional value in these super Foods that can easily replace meat and fish, if keeping and eating them as raw as possible.

It is now each one of us ‘s homework to experiment on the natural things that God has given us. Let us remember His words: Psalms 104:14, 16 “He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth…The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted.”
