At the June CAP meeting, the group reflected on the recent Pitch Lab, finalised the draft CAP document following public feedback, and agreed plans for its printing and distribution.Â
Members also discussed arrangements for the upcoming Aberdour SOUP event, including roles, logistics, and promotion.
Aberdour SOUPÂ (the Big Community Pitch) is a community funding event organised by the CAP group as part of the Aberdour Festival.
Â
Local groups and residents will pitch ideas that could make a positive difference in the village. The audience then votes for the projects they would most like to receive a share of the £6,000 community fund.
Anyone with a suitable idea can apply, and a free Pitch Lab workshop will help participants develop their project and prepare for the event.
