Voice Claim: Cree Summer (Auriel, Diablo III & Heroes of the Storm)
Once the proud ruler of an intelligent civilization of bees, everything was tragically taken from her after an unforeseen attack by an army of wasps. Her colony, her home, her family… For a while, she wandered the realms, trying to survive without the usual assistance she depended on, until one day, she found a strange artifact that turned out to be a toy golem named Cubert. Desperate for a relationship after so much time spent isolated, she decided to adopt him, treating him as her son. Now the two of them travel the realms together, with each of them learning something from the other about what it means to be family.
Over-protective
Decadent (but learning independence)
Haughty (but learning compassion)
Grandiose
Sensible
Likes:
Gardening (trimming bonsai leaves is calming)
Plant identification
Listening to classical music
Playing solo strategy games to test her mind
Watching interpretive dance
Dislikes:
People who ramble and don't get to the point
Vulgar language/slang/bad manners in general
Anything that would put her or Cubert in danger; very protective
Fun Facts:
Has trouble seeing the color red, but is adamant she is correct when she says something is black or dark gray.
Amazing at strategy games or logic puzzles; can be engrossed in a puzzle for hours.
Sometimes has a habit of repeating things three times for emphasis.
Very cynical towards most people, but less so towards Cubert.
Doesn't like to laugh, especially in front of others.
The 'Magic Modifications' are spells that directly alter how logic or physics work in the world.
1-X: A Dance of Fire and Ice "But the second step is missing"
Hexabind: Locks players to an invisible hexagonal grid, subtly skewing movement in more ways than one; glowing purple tiles force players sideways, green tiles force players vertically, and blue tiles force players diagonally (Like Hexagonal Chess).
2-X: Offbeats "But the offbeats are slopes"
Velvet Veil: Either smooths rough terrain or smooths out the motion of attacks or people (instead of sharp, sudden movements, very gradual and smooth).
3-X: THE WIND-UP "But the planets always move forward"
Rhythm Rewrite: Makes combo attacks and movement chains more streamlined or overly linear, removing complexity, hesitation, or reversals.
4-X: Love Letters "But straight tiles are glitched/skipped"
Mirage:
From her perspective, time basically ‘pauses’ for a moment, the environment around her flickering or stuttering.
From others’ perspectives, Honeydew basically vanishes, suddenly reappearing somewhere else.
The ‘blackout’ only occurs to other people and not Honeydew herself.
5-X: The Midnight Train "But the slopes are super exaggerated"
Slope Skew: Temporarily redefines slope angles to extremes.
Gentle slopes (<45°) suddenly become almost completely flat (~180°)
Steep slopes (>45°) suddenly become almost completely vertical (~90°)
6-X: PULSE "But the three-point turns are converted into a midspin"
Condensator:
Collapses/condenses a small area of terrain into a single point.
Can turn combo attacks into a single strike.
7-X: Spin 2 Win "But the track is at a 45˚ angle"
Gravitilt: Tilts the terrain or alters gravity for unsuspecting people (45° angle).
8-X: Jungle City "But parts of the song are swapped around"
Hexcode Transposition: Swaps important attributes around, such as people’s personalities, abilities, terrain features, etc.
9-X: Classic Pursuit "But the planets take another route"
Prophetic Perspective: Offers another perspective on the way forward (whether physically, as in directions, or metaphysically, as in what would be the best course of action.) Doesn’t offer shortcuts, but rather detours or alternate paths.
PA-X: Distance "After the player hits a midspin, that midspin angle is duplicated on all subsequent tiles until the next midspin."
Temporal Echo: ???
