Voice Claim: Nicky Jones (Chowder, Chowder)
A toy golem created by a being above the ADoFaI universe. He and many other toys used to live in a lively toybox playground, but one day, his creator simply left. For what reasons, no one knows, but he had to figure things out alone for a while until he met a being named Honeydew. He treats her like his mother and is grateful to have someone look after him. Despite his young mind, he is very smart, and he knows how to use his powers to protect himself and those he cares about.

Fun Facts:
Each of Cubert's blocks is exactly 1x1x1 meters tall.
Knows a surprising amount about multiplication and what perfect cubes are, but doesn't know what the numbers are called past 10. (eg. calls fifteen "five-teen" because it makes more sense to him.)
Loves animals, but being gentle with them is hard, so he watches from a safe distance.
The strongest swear word he'll probably ever use is "dumb" or "stupid".
Finds creative ways to move around besides just walking. (Snake form, separating into several smaller beings, etc.)
Each block has its own utilities, either acting as defence, offense, or representing different forms he can take.
(Also, Cubert can switch between the original and "NEW" functions of blocks that have two different effects.)
1-X: A Dance of Fire and Ice "But boring"
Wall Form: Pure defense; either surrounds a person with blocks to protect them, or uses them to make a simple wall for cover.
2-X: Offbeats "But the southern tiles are shorter, the northern ones longer"
Arrow Block: Each face of the cube represents a different direction: North, East, South, West, Up, and Down. Depending on which face is pointed upwards, striking the cube will knock the attacker in that direction.
Additionally, it acts as a compass; if the north side is facing up, the arrow will point towards the north.
3-X: THE WIND-UP "But SUPER swing"
Swing-y Thing: Turns a block into a flail or mace, attached by a magic tether that he can swing around.
3-X: THE WIND-UP "But in [...] beat have multitap"
NEW! Magic Burst!: Stores up energy over time as he moves; every (x) moves (or after a timer), he automatically releases that energy in a burst (which represents the multitap). Beyond deciding how long the timer is, he can’t control or trigger when the burst happens.
4-X: Love Letters "But the time signature keeps changing"
Random Dice: Each time this cube is struck, it rotates to a new defensive mode, cycling through glyphs in a loop. (Technically not random; he just calls it that.) Doesn’t physically rotate, but the glyphs shift magically. The effect of the glyph happens first, then the shift happens. Can either be deployed as a distraction or kept as part of his body; if it’s the latter, the glyph’s abilities affect his entire body.
4/4: Guard Glyph: Standard defense; simply blocks damage
6/8: Trap Glyph: Absorbs the hit, then spikes pop out of the box
3/4: Rebound Glyph: Reflects projectiles
5/4: Stagger Glyph: Knocks back melee attackers with a disorienting shockwave
7/8: Pulse Glyph: When active, sends out irregular pulses; if someone strikes the block (or anything else) on-beat with one of these pulses, they get stunned slightly. If the block is struck off-beat, it simply shifts to the next glyph. (Insentivizes focusing on the block first or intentionally striking out of rhythm)
11/12: Tumble Glyph: ‘Rolls’ around in unpredictable patterns, acting as a distraction that only stops moving when struck again
5-X: The Midnight Train "But you need play 1 more rhythm game"
Echo!: A detachable block that records the last thing that touches it, then replays a faded echo of the attack or projectile as a counter after a second or so.
5-X: The Midnight Train "But angled tiles changed to distorted structures"
NEW! Multi-Form: Instead of manipulating distorted angles, this ability allows him to traverse unstable terrain by rearranging his blocks. This might also allow allies to use him like a bridge or staircase, but this non-standard form leaves him vulnerable.
6-X: PULSE "But in 180˚ tiles spawns 2 planets, if !180˚ tiles spawns 3 planets"
2 to 3: Alternates forms mid-combat; light in straight motion, heavy in turns.
Dual Form: Snake Form: A 1 x 14 long line with increased speed stats.
Tri Form: Panic Box: A special form that creates pure defense around a 1 x 1 x 3 area, increasing defense stats as well.
7-X: Spin 2 Win "But straight tiles is missing"
Laser Stopper: A block that absorbs linear motion (Laser, missiles, etc.? Only applies to things moving straight, so homing missiles that change direction or bouncing shots don’t apply.)
7-X: Spin 2 Win "But you only have 1 extra 180˚ tile"
NEW! Floaty Block: Creates a block to use as a floating platform that can quickly move to any location in one of the cardinal directions (not diagonal, but maybe vertical?)
8-X: Jungle City "But "jazz" tiles is flipped horizontally/But angled tiles is flipped horizontally"
Mirror Block: A block with a mirror as one of its faces. If placed properly, it can reflect any attack, but deactivates afterwards and has a long cooldown before it can be used again.
9-X: Classic Pursuit "But the shapes are missing"
Ghost Form: Allows him to become intangible: immune to damage and able to walk through walls, but also unable to deal damage or protect.
10-X: Butterfly Planet "But straight"
Tick-Tock Block: Similar to Cadenza’s Waltz Script, this cube plays a metronome rhythm when deployed. If struck on-beat, nothing happens; if struck off-beat, it counters the attack.
11-X: Heracles "But tiles are external"
Gravity Changer: Allows him to change which way is “down”, altering gravity to either cling to walls or the ceiling, or slide in a direction. Can also help him shift his weight in a way to stay grounded on slanted terrain.
12-X: Artificial Chariot "But every 90˚ tile have a triangle, repeated ones don't"
Spiky Box: Can throw a block that generates spikes from it in rhythm. (Like the spike blocks from Super Mario Maker.)
XC-X: Credits "But gameplay event is gone"
Trick Foldy Box: A cube that can unfold into 6 squares and be thrown on the ground as a trap; if someone accidentally steps on it, it temporarily cancels their abilities (powerful, but risky to have that box detached and unfolded for so long).
XF-X: Third Wave Flip Flop "But every 90˚ tiles have a twirl"
Spin-y Block: A throwable box that spins at high speeds, ricocheting unpredictably and boomeranging around.
XH-X: Final Hope "But every special shapes have a reverse order"
Undo Block: ???
XR-X: Rose Garden "But ♩ variable changes BPM by rules"
Rule Maker Block: ???
XS-X: Party of Spirits "But if there are crossed tiles, then a midspin appears that changes path"
Fake Future Ghost: ???
ML-X: La nuit de vif "But bars with uneven tiles swap"
Scramble Block: ???
PA-X: Distance "But you can use only {...} tiles"
Simon Says!: ???
RJ-X: Fear Grows "But instead of multitap, there is a 1 beat pause"
Stop Block: A detachable cube that activates when hit by a multi-hit attack. Upon activation, it triggers a short time-stop effect, pausing anyone around it. Additionally, this cube could be thrown like a time grenade, but it has a short delay before the effect happens.
Cubert is immune to the pause effect.
T1-X: NEW LIFE "But each hold ends in an angled tile"
Magic Bouncer: ???
