PROCEDURE:
In a shaker tin, combine the tequila, vermouth, syrup, and lemon juice. Briefly shake with ice to chill and strain into a wine glass over fresh ice. Add seltzer and Cava. Stir briefly to combine.
Garnish with an orange slice & pineapple wedge.

Aperol 0.75 oz
Grapefruit Juice 0.75 oz
Prosecco 1.5 oz
Mineral Water splash

Garnish 1/2 Grapefruit Wheel
PROCEDURE:
Build Solerno, Aperol and grapefruit juice in a glass over ice.
Top with Prosecco and soda.
