The work takes the 5,000-year-old civilization of Luoyang as its root, the peony as its aesthetic gene, and uses AI technology as the brush of The Times to reconstruct the eternal narrative of the ancient capital. The surging Luo River is not only a long river of history, but also a flowing "data chain of civilization" - each blooming of the petals is not only a poetic echo of "The Ode to the Luo River Goddess", but also a cultural rebirth through the iteration of algorithms.

From the Buddha's light in Longmen Grottoes to the star tracks in the metaverse, from the patterns on bronze triangles to quantum coding, the work condenses the inclusive destiny of Luoyang into the "Number Bloom" philosophy: using pixels to replicate the moonlight of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and using codes to continue the spring and autumn of the River and Luo regions, making every peony petal a messenger of civilization that transcends time and space. When the roots of tradition are deeply rooted in the fertile soil of digitalization, the ancient capital of a thousand years blossoms with an Oriental romanticism that transcends the physical dimension on the branches of technology.
