The film tells the story of Soundy, an excellent young town girl living in the bottom city, who accidentally gets an opportunity to enter the top city for exchange and study, and she is determined to bring her learning experience in the top city back to all her friends. But the world at the top of the Echo Tower was something she hadn't expected.
