Dr. Lawrence Yong

Dr. Lawrence Yong, BDS, MDS (Orthodontics), M Orth RCSed, FAMS

Dr. Lawrence Yong is an orthodontic specialist in full time practice, based in Singapore and the founder of PKWY Dental Specialist Practice. He is also the current President of the Singapore Dental Association. Dr. Yong qualified from the University of Malaya in 1995 and went on to complete his Master of Dental Surgery in Orthodontics at the National University of Singapore in 2002. He was conferred as a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2002 and was inducted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore in 2006. His research in the field of 3D space analysis was awarded the Travel Award by the International Association of Dental Research (SEA) in 2002. He has been an Invisalign trained provider since 2011 and is also a Key Opinion Leader and speaker for Align Technology. He has lectured extensively on the use of the Invisalign clear aligner system and iTero intraoral digital scanner.
