Reach out to MSgt Sarah Lee, once you hit your 8+ years of service and say you are in the blended retirement system, and want to learn more about continuation pay. This needs to be completed before your 12-year mark. I suggest reaching out at your 8-year mark. Her email is: sarah.lee.10@us.af.mil

Also, reach out to Craig Hovland. He is the base Financial Advisor, and he is super awesome! He can help calculate what you could be paid if you aren’t sure how to calculate yourself.
