MSgt Nicole Heussner is your Retention Office Manager.

Retention office managers do not reenlist members, but based on what your commander authorizes and what you choose, I may be able to offer you incentives. The process for Reenlisting is linked here.
Good things to know:
Unlike the State Reenlistment Bonus program, the Federal Bonus program is for DSG's only, less than 16 years of service, and is AFSC specific.
You may be eligible to stack both Federal and State Bonuses if you qualify for both.
This program can change anytime with very little notice to even no notice.
There are 3 Groups of Incentivized AFSCs.

STATE LOCAL (Different from our State Reenlistment Bonus Program)
If your AFSC is listed, please be sure to read through the full description on this page including all the way to the bottom of the page.
If you are currently in a Federal Bonus, you will not be able to reenlist until you are within 30 days of your ETS.
If you are not currently in a Federal Bonus, you may be eligible to reenlist up to 90 days from your ETS.
The Bonus Contract cannot be printed until your new Enlistment is reflected in our records. This means we cannot do a Federal Bonus contract before you swear in (unlike the State Reenlistment Bonus, in which we can MUST do the contract on that same day.)
Your Commander MUST sign an additional Verification Sheet called Eligibility Verification Sheet.
