our dance contingency, i filled out my swot and assigned the drama team roles to fill out but not everyone completed it after it being sent out twice and after reminders.
we first sent out the contingency on the 10th may and like the drama group we did it immediately for them so we expected the same then on the 16th they still hadn't done it and it was needed to be done before the production so we remided them again and still nothing waited some more and still nothing so i tagged them all on the 21st which was 2 days before the production and it wasnt till the 24 wich was the day after meaning it was no use.
the contingency plan is where the backup team plan where things could or may go wrong. i was assigned the role of asset and resource management this meant we need to look at potential problems and equipment
the cameras are on platforms this means that the camera operators needs to make sure the safely get up and down when needed as they are a huge hazard to the operators and the audience
when doing the health and safety cheacks for the drama production we went around checking all wires were taped down and nothing was in the way so everything could go smoothly.
on the day of the dance dress rehearsal 2 of the cameras wouldn't turn on which meant we were down and had to quickly sort out a new plan but Chloe ran up to Katie to see if she could get them to work and she came back with working cameras which was a huge relief. another issues was during the filming our cameras sd card had filled up so we had to go and ask very quickly for another which very quickly we did
