Teacher Feedback
Composition was nice, use of rule of thirds was there
Screen direction was adhered to and eye line match was perfect
Practice with manual exposure
Make sure the shot doesn't look like an unintentional jump cut
personal feedback
i personally think that the use of a triangle shot eled to establish the hiarchy between the actors as kaleb was more in charge of the hiest however i think that there could have been a better vairity of camera shots and angles.
these are some of the issues that could happen while filming but we have found solutions to them in case it all goes wrong. for example, there was a generator near the filming area which was quite loud so when filming sound we had to make sure the actors were loud enough to talk over the noise, but the generator also gives an ambiance effect. we managed to film everything on day 1 but as the sound wasn't as good as we wanted, we had to reshoot all the dialogue scenes on the Tascam to see if we could improve the sound.
we had issues with is Tascam as it would start recording then after few seconds it would stop but Byrun managed to fix it and we could carry on recording the sound.
teacher feedback
- First shot needs to be on for longer.
- Colour grading not consistent
-  shot of killer watching can be intercut with
conversation and be on longer.
this is a screenshot is of my timeline in premier pro it shows the different layers that i constructed to make my title sequence i had to add key frames and use differnt text boxs to introuce each of the actors. i also had to figure out how to do the positioning aswell as masking wich i found quite easy and straight forward
improvement- this is a photo of us testing out different settings on the camera for the first time we had to work out the white balance, exposure, iso to get the camera quality to how we wanted this was prep for our upcoming project.
