House Rules 🏠

• Check-Out Time

  • 10:00am 

  • Please Note: Your front door code will stop working at your Check-Out Time on your departure day; be sure to gather all your belongings and check out by this time

• Front Door Lock

  • these unit are NOT equipped with e-locks

  • when departing PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RETURN THE KEY TO THE LOCKBOX

• Parking

  • Display your DHCV Parking Pass at all times

  • There is a 2 car maximum, if you are in need of overflow parking please reach out to our office

• Pets

  • No pets allowed

• Shoes

  • Please do not wear your ski boots or golf shoes inside

Before You Check Out 🧹

We appreciate your help with the following:

• Take out the trash to enclosed outdoor bins 🐻

  • make sure your trash is securely bagged

  • ensure that bins are fully closed after throwing out trash

• Load and start the dishwasher

• Leave used towels in the bathrooms

• Leave any beds that were slept in unmade

• Return any moved furniture to original place

  • scroll down to Quick Access

  • for regular TV: select Spectrum then go to top and select Guide

  • for other apps like Netflix etc., choose from display

• Volume buttons are on right edge of remote
