You’re located on Crest View Ln., a loop on Sugar Mountain perched near the summit. Just minutes from skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, golf, and tennis, this home offers an ideal year-round getaway for families and groups.

House Rules 🏠

• Check-Out Time

  • 10:00am 

  • Please Note: Your front door code will stop working at your Check-Out Time on your departure day; be sure to gather all your belongings and check out by this time

• Front Door Lock

  • Make sure you know your Access Code before leaving, you will need it to get back in

  • To lock the door when leaving press the Yale button at the top of the keypad

  • To unlock the door when returning, type in your 6-digit code then press the checkmark on the keypad

• Pets

  • no pets allowed

• Parking

  • Please pull all the way up the driveway and utilize the flat parking space at the top of the driveway

• Shoes

  • Please do not wear your ski boots or golf shoes inside

Before You Check Out 🧹

We appreciate your help with the following:

• Please bag your trash, tie it securely, and choose one of the following options:

  • Take itto the Bear cans located at the bottom of the driveway

• Load and start the dishwasher

• Leave used towels in the bathrooms

• Leave any beds that were slept in unmade

• Return any moved furniture to original place

⭐ If you don't have breakfast plans after your Departure, we highly recommend stopping by High Country Pies for a breakfast pie to-go on your way out of town; they are located at 3277 Tynecastle Hwy, Banner Elk, NC 28604 

House Information 🏡 

• Living Room TV

  • Push the red Power button at the top-center of the remote to turn the TV on and off

  • The Home button below that, on the right, will navigate you to all the Apps

  • The volume and mute buttons are on the right-hand side of the remote

  • Please use your own login for streaming services and be sure to log out before you leave!

• Living Room Fireplace

  • Use the remote to turn the fireplace on and off

  • If the remote is not working, make sure the control box on the fireplace hearth is set to "Remote"

  • If the remote is still not working, use the control box itself to turn the fireplace on and off

• Bedroom TV

  • We are waiting for a replacement remote to arrive in the mail, sorry for an inconvenience 

  • The living room remote works for the bedroom TV also

• Bathroom Tub Jets

  • The controls for the tub jets are located on the wall to the right of the tub

  • Please make sure the tub is full of water above the jets themselves, so as not to burn up the jets
